The Process of Sublimation

UNISTAR'S Sublimation Printing Process

STEP 1.

LAYOUT

The design will be converted into layout drawings one by one according to the information of each customized jersey.

STEP 2.

PRINT

Print the produced  layout on the special sublimation transfer paper. The Japanese patented imported printing machines and high-quality inks ensure fresh, stable and durable colors.

Pasting the printed pattern and the white fabric into the roll printing machine. The ink would be vaporized and penetrated into the fabric fibers under high temperature and high pressure.

This step is called "Sublimation".

STEP 4.

CUT AND SEW

After printing, all the pieces of each product would be cut out by the senior masters in UNISTAR. Then each pieces would be matched and sewn.

STEP 5.

IRONING

Each product from UNISTAR would be ironed by high-temperature steam to ensure that all parts of each product can be flat and neat.

STEP 6.

PACKING

Each product is individually packaged. UNISTAR insists on using high-quality zipper bags and encourages consumers to reuse for environmental friendly.
